Shoulder injuries, pain and tension are a common problem in society.  Whether it’s an acute injury or chronic pain, these simple stretches can be completed in the comfort of your home or at work and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Some attributing factors for shoulder pain may be due to the way you sleep, a sports injury, stress and tension or repetitive postures at work.  The ideal times to complete these stretches are first thing in the morning, at the end of your work day and immediately after a workout.  I know stretching can be a daunting task and work that seems like a chore , however the benefits are far reaching!
